Stonecutters Lodge (graded 4-stars) is situated between Dullstroom and Lydenburg. This 63 hectare estate lies in the heart of fly-fishing in Mpumalanga, South Africa. The scenic property is surrounded by mountains and has two well stocked trout fishing dams and 3 kms of free-flowing river supporting wild and stocked Rainbow Trout.

The luxury accommodation comprises self-catering family houses, Stone Cottage (sleeps 4) & Trout House (sleeps 7) or spacious executive studios (Cobbles) for couples. All of the accommodation is is serviced daily. The DSTV package includes all sport channels, movies and news programmes.

Free Internet (wi-fi)  is available at the main lodge.

Dine at Stone Manor  or should you wish to self cater, self-catering options are available. Breakfast and dinner are served at the lodge. Breakfast baskets are a delicious alternative to formal meals.  Dinner bookings require 24 hr notice & the restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings. A braai basket can be sent to your accommodation for cooking. The lodge is fully licensed. There are numerous restaurants in Dullstroom & Lydenburg for those guests eating out.

Stonecutters Lodge is an ideal stopover for the Kruger National Park  and other well-known tourist attractions, such as the Panorama route, including God's window, Blyde river Canyon, The Potholes and numerous waterfalls.

Stonecutters Lodge is managed by the owners & helped by a dedicated support team who look after the guests needs with great personal care. 

The lodge is accessed by just one kilometre of dirt road off the main R540 between Dullstroom and Lydenburg.The road is well maintained and a 4 x 4 is not necessary.
