Over the past 14 years some recipes have emerged as clear front runners, while others have evolved from humble beginnings to take centre stage.
I have shaken the pans with a number of excellent chefs in Stonecutters kitchen and have had the opportunity to incorporate different ideas and styles into our repertoire. I now run the kitchen myself and am happy to share our best with you!
Knowing that a lot of you do not have access to the fabulous team I have here I will give ‘cheats ideas’ and tips where possible!
