Functions
Stonecutters can accommodate up to 22 guests and is ideal for small functions, parties or small weddings catered for in Stone Manor. Quotations on request.
Conferencing
Up to 20 delegates can be seated in the fully equipped boardroom. Quotations on request, depending on company requirements.
Payment Details: Individual Bookings Deposit Policy
- 50% deposit is required to confirm this booking (within 48 hours of making the booking).
- 50% balance on arrival at Stonecutters.
- 100% deposit if booking is made less than 7 days prior to arrival.
Individual Cancellation Policy
- 50 % of total cost if cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival. R 350.00 administration fee will be levied.
- 100 % of total cost if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival.
Group Bookings Deposit Policy
- 50% deposit is required to confirm this booking (within 48 hours of making the booking).
- 50% balance of booking within 15 days prior to check-in date.100% deposit if booking is made less than 15 days prior to arrival.
Group Cancellation Policy
- 50 % of total cost if cancelled or numbers reduced less than 15 days prior to arrival.
- 100 % of total cost if cancelled or numbers reduced less than 7 days prior to arrival.
Extras: To be settled on departure.
Administration Fee: R350.00 will be levied on all cancellations.
